Ken Tapp
Ken Tapp serves on the Board of Outdoorsmen Holdings, bringing more than 30 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur and investor. He began his career in 1996 with the real-estate technology platform Realtor.com, through their IPO as Move, Inc. in 1999, then spent over two decades as a venture capitalist investing in technology startups, while holding Chairman, CEO, CFO, CTO, and COO roles. He is the founder and CEO of Decentral Life, Inc. and a pioneer in blockchain, AI, and real-world-asset tokenization, with deep experience in M&A. His 27 years of expertise in the public markets and M&A inform the board's oversight of the company's capital strategy and institutional investment support across all sectors.
Jeff Gabrelcik
Jeff Gabrelcik serves on the Board of Outdoorsmen Holdings, bringing more than 35 years of diversified experience across the U.S. government, military, and private sector. A retired U.S. Air Force CMSgt who held multiple senior leadership positions at the Pentagon, he pairs that command experience with a proven track record as an entrepreneur across the financial, software, and service industries. His blend of military leadership and business acumen informs the board's oversight of the company's strategy of acquiring and scaling companies focused on national and economic security — and his deep commitment to supporting military personnel, veterans, and first responders shapes the company's mission.
Rob Lynch
Rob Lynch serves as President of Outdoorsmen Holdings' RVSS company ("RV Supershows") and sits on the Outdoorsmen Holdings Board. Widely regarded as one of the greatest outdoor-industry trade show operators in the United States, he has earned the respect of thousands across the industry over more than 35 years dominating the RV sector. He currently operates eighteen RV trade shows that he continues to expand across the country, and provides board oversight to the company's growing hunting, fishing, boating, and camping trade show division — helping guide Outdoorsmen Holdings through the rapid growth of its trade show platform.
Scott Bursey
Scott Bursey advises Outdoorsmen Holdings as an Outdoor Industry Advisor, contributing leadership and strategic insight to the company's roll-up of trade shows, expos, and retail platforms across the outdoor recreation industry.
Brandon Thompson
Brandon Thompson is the CEO of Guns.com, and advises Outdoorsmen Holdings as an Outdoor Industry Advisor, bringing extensive experience across the outdoor recreation and firearms sector. He contributes industry relationships and strategy insight on the significant market shift as consumers increasingly move online.
